3. Minor alteration of a business program specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under Article 109 paragraph 3 shall be the alteration of registration marks of aircraft to be used (limited to the case when no change is made to the total aircraft and type of aircraft to be used).
4. Any person who will apply for approval of alteration of a business program under the preceding paragraph shall submit an application for approval of alteration of business program to the Minister of Transport, describing the following matters.
(1)Name and address
(2)Matters to be altered (a clear comparison between the current and proposed matters must be indicated)
(3)Reason(s)justifying the alteration
(Agreements Relating to Transportation)
Article 221. Any person who will apply for approval of the establishment or alteration of a contract concerning joint carriage, fare agreement or other agreement relating to transportation with another carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article 110 of the law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for Approval of Establishment (Alteration)of Agreement Relating to Transportation, describing the following matters (excluding that relating to subparagraphs (2)and (3), in the case of an application for approval of alteration).
(1)Name and address;
(2)Name and address of the other party to the agreement (in the case of a foreign air carrier, his address and the location of the main business premises or agent in Japan);
(3)If there is any office which supervises the business relating to the agreement, its name and location;
(4)Outline of the business operated by the parties concerned;
(5)Draft of the agreement proposed to be established (in the case of alteration, matters to be altered; hereinafter the same shall apply);
(6)Effective date of agreement and term of validity;
(7)Reasons necessitating the conclusion or alteration of the agreement.
2. In case a proposed agreement is written in any language other than Japanese, an application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the Japanese version.
